Job Summary:

The Rewards and Well-being Specialist supports the design, implementation, and administration of benefits and employee well-being programs across the global shared services organization. The role ensures the accurate execution of reward processes, promotes employee engagement, and drives initiatives that enhance overall well-being and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer benefits programs in alignment with global and local policies.
  • Support annual rewards cycles such as merit, bonus, and benefits enrollment.
  • Coordinate well-being initiatives, engagement campaigns, and recognition programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with internal controls and regional regulations.
  • Partner with various teams to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of day-to-day operational experience in any of the Total Rewards programs in a US setting
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) and MS Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month

  • US Account: 3 years (Preferred)
