Job Description:

  • Responsible for coordinating and troubleshooting all aspects of a guest's journey before check in and after moving out.
  • Takes over after Sales once the booking process has been completed and is responsible for unit readiness
  • Responsible for notifying external partners (building partners, landlords) of new deals and ensuring all requirements are submitted before the Check-in day
  • Cooperates closely with Operations and external partners (landlords, cleaners, delivery services) before and after the guests stay.
Requirements
  • Must have an excellent English, oral and written communication skills
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, highly accurate and productive
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • With pleasing personality and customer service oriented

  • Responsible for coordinating and troubleshooting all aspects of a Travel Account

Qualifications:

  • Must have good English written communication skills
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, highly accurate and productive
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision

    -  1-2 years (or more) experience handling calls  ( Preferably Travel account)

  • 1-2 years experience handling email and chat

-At least college level, preferably a degree in any hospitality course
