Job Description:
- Responsible for coordinating and troubleshooting all aspects of a guest's journey before check in and after moving out.
- Takes over after Sales once the booking process has been completed and is responsible for unit readiness
- Responsible for notifying external partners (building partners, landlords) of new deals and ensuring all requirements are submitted before the Check-in day
- Cooperates closely with Operations and external partners (landlords, cleaners, delivery services) before and after the guests stay.
- Must have an excellent English, oral and written communication skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, highly accurate and productive
- Can work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years (or more) experience handling calls ( Preferably Travel account)1-2 years experience handling email and chat
