CSR Spanish Bilingual (Retirement Loans)

Location: Pasay City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Night Shift | Weekends Off

PHP 100,000 Sign-on Bonus (with 1.6 years lock-in period)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries with excellent communication and phone skills, confidently addressing various situations.
  • Identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and negotiate effective solutions.
  • Foster strong customer relationships and build rapport via calls and written correspondence.
  • Highlight product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales orders or reports using web-based tools or proprietary software.
  • Engage in client account management and sales-related responsibilities (experience in the sports and entertainment industry is a plus).

Qualifications

  • At least 1+ year of international voice account (BPO Bilingual) experience.
  • Spanish proficiency: CEF Score B1.
  • Educational requirement: At least SHS graduate or 2nd year college completed.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasay City and amenable to shifting schedules.
