IT Technical Support

- Attend in-house service call (Incident and Work Order) such as but not limited to
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability
- Diagnose and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
- Installing and upgrading operating system, software and standard applications based on work order.
- Conduct semi-annual Preventive Maintenance and Inventory in accordance to established standard procedure and guidelines of the company.
- Install Manage Engine
- Maintain Internal Network Structure of a data center by managing routers and keeping all users are running.
- Conduct Daily Inspection of all Routers, Switches and Access Point to ensure they are operating and efficient
- Resolve operational, infrastructure or hardware incidents
- Responsible for making proposals, recommendations for the sake of Desktop, Printer and Network Equipment upgrade / migration.
- Responsible for Network Equipment Configuration and set up.
- All movement of desktop and network equipment must be coordinated to IT In-House Head
- Perform other duties to be assigned from time to time
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in BS Electronics or Electrical Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent
- With relevant experience in technical support or as a Field Engineer
- With sense of urgency and result-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent client interaction skills
- Willing to do fieldwork
- Highly preferred with Driver's License
- Willing to work under Project Based employment
