  • Attend in-house service call (Incident and Work Order) such as but not limited to
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability
  • Diagnose and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
  • Installing and upgrading operating system, software and standard applications based on work order.
  • Conduct semi-annual Preventive Maintenance and Inventory in accordance to established standard procedure and guidelines of the company.
  • Install Manage Engine
  • Maintain Internal Network Structure of a data center by managing routers and keeping all users are running.
  • Conduct Daily Inspection of all Routers, Switches and Access Point to ensure they are operating and efficient
  • Resolve operational, infrastructure or hardware incidents
  • Responsible for making proposals, recommendations for the sake of Desktop, Printer and Network Equipment upgrade / migration.
  • Responsible for Network Equipment Configuration and set up.
  • All movement of desktop and network equipment must be coordinated to IT In-House Head
  • Perform other duties to be assigned from time to time

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in BS Electronics or Electrical Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent
  • With relevant experience in technical support or as a Field Engineer
  • With sense of urgency and result-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client interaction skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork
  • Highly preferred with Driver's License
  • Willing to work under Project Based employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php19,000.00 per month
