JOB HIGHLIGHTS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Unpacking, installation, testing, and commissioning of IT equipment such as but not limited to Desktop/Laptop, IP Phones, Printers, Switches/AP's and based on company's standard.
- Provide broadcasting-related technical assistance i.e., ORAD, AVID, OTT support, broadcast briefing/training will be provided in-house.
- Provide on-site support such as diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repairs of IT equipment.
- Provide support in the installation and configuration of Hardware/Software Application for Office automation services such as E-mail, MS Lync, etc.
- Provides support and assistance in cabling/wiring and other network related connectivity issues and requests.
- Perform other enabling tasks related to technical support services as defined and agreed by both parties.
- Maintain records of daily activities, service reports, and work orders.
- Conduct preventive maintenance services.
- Will work with other 3rd party vendors as necessary.
- May be assigned to other Media Quest Offices in Porac, Davao, Cebu, East Ave., Novaliches, etc. to render technical support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Associate or Bachelor's degree in technical courses.
- Minimum of 1yr experience as a Technical Support is required.
- Knows around I.T stuff (Software and Hardware).
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Technology, software and applications.
- Good communication skills in oral and written.
- Hardworking, with good moral character, and with initiative.
- Can work under pressure and urgent request.
- Proactive and diligent.
- Willing to render overtime.
- Willing to be assigned to a shifting schedule.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Pioneer, Mandaluyong City and Novaliches, Quezon City.
