Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaluyong for a Technical Support Specialist (Web Hosting Account). The Technical Support Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering excellent customer support. The role involves addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns, analyzing problems and finding effective solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Analytical Skills to identify and resolve issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mandaluyong
  • Experience in web hosting or related technical field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
