Job Overview:

A leading glass manufacturing and solutions company is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee B2B sales operations across Visayas and Mindanao. This role involves developing and managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within key industries such as construction, architecture, real estate, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute B2B sales strategies across the construction, architecture, real estate, and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the regional revenue growth.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and industry research to drive strategic sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in client presentations, site visits, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and business partnerships.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials, industrial products, or related fields.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive sales growth in a competitive market.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Visayas and Mindanao.
  • Based in Cebu or willing to relocate.
