Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible as service advisor for the fleet customer.
  • Responsible for receiving and evaluating the customer's vehicle for servicing.
  • Releasing the vehicle to customers after completion of repairs in the service shop.
  • Prepares technical report, quotation and PMS menu
  • Conduct up-selling of dealer products and other services to customers.
  • Handle and coordinate requirements of customers for servicing scheduled through the appointment system with coordination to fleet service supervisor / immediate head
  • Responsible for receiving fleet customers and monitoring the vehicle PMS interval.
  • Responsible for giving feedback and updates to all Fleet customers on the status of the repaired units.
  • Responsible for dispatching the Outside Service Team.
  • Responsible for finding potential fleet service customers and Local Service Agreement (LSA) customers
  • Monitors renewal of LSA contracts
  • Conduct 5S activity in the area of the workplace
  • Attend relevant training programs offered by IPC
  • Ensures the protection of the organization's assets by maintaining information confidentiality
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
