The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, experience in territory management, and a proven ability to manage major accounts effectively.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in fleet or transport operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles and preventive maintenance.
  • Familiarity with fleet management systems and tools (ie. hydraulics and forklifts)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data tracking and reporting
  • Valid professional driver's licence with clean driving record
  • Knowledge of LTO regulations and DOTr compliance requirements for commercial vehicles
  • Capable of performing duties in dynamic and mobile environments

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Oversee daily motorpool and fleet operations.
  • Assigns work tasks and monitors performance of fleet personnel
  • Monitor vehicle availability, usage logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip records.
  • Schedule routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections to minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Assist in dispatching vehicles and assigning drivers based on operational needs.
  • Track and maintain records related to vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance.
  • Provide strategies in fleet efficiency.
