Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Fleet Management Coordinator/Administrator to oversee the daily operations and administration of the company's vehicle fleet. The role is responsible for managing fleet records, monitoring vehicle usage and maintenance schedules, coordinating with drivers and service providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. The Fleet Management Coordinator/Administrator will also track operating costs, support efficiency initiatives, and provide reports to management to ensure the fleet runs smoothly and cost-effectively.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule—with most days spent onsite for stronger collaboration and operational oversight, while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work when appropriate.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or administrative support.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, regulatory compliance, and fleet safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with fleet management systems/software is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track costs, monitor performance, and recommend process improvements.
  • High sense of accountability, integrity, and problem-solving ability.
  • Willing to follow a hybrid schedule, with most days working onsite in Quezon City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
