What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Screen and evaluate job applications to build a strong pipeline of potential hires
  • Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews and providing feedback to candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide regular updates on the status of open positions and the recruitment pipeline
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our recruitment processes and practices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 6months work experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to apply them effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience
