Job Type: Freelance Full-time (42 hours/week). Responsible for government mandatories (Tax and other mandates)

Schedule: 4 days' work week, with 3 consecutive days off (between 12 am-2:30 pm Manila time)

Location: On-site in Quezon City, Eastwood

Compensation: PHP20,000 to PHP30,000 all in monthly salary (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in posting job openings on job boards, careers pages, and social networks.

- Screen resumes and applications and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Schedule interviews and manage candidate correspondence (e.g., emails, phone calls).

- Assist in preparing and sending offer packages and employment contracts.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment criteria.

- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates.

- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.

- Provide administrative support during the recruitment process, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding recruitment processes.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role is preferred.- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.- Attention to detail and confidentiality.- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable.- Opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic HR team.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Chance to contribute to meaningful recruitment initiatives and processes.
