Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong track record of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building our team and ensuring we have the right people in place to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews using a variety of interview techniques and tools to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and employment agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new recruiting technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
- Experience in a BPO setup and mass hiring is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work onsite in Eastwood Quezon City
- Willing to start as soon as possible
