About the Role

We're hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to help source and place top-tier healthcare professionals across the U.S. If you have a good understanding of healthcare and allied roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

· Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various healthcare positions, including Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Healthcare Admin Staff, and other clinical and non-clinical roles.

· Coordinate with US-based clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

· Use tools like job boards, ATS, and VMS platforms to track and manage candidates.

· Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submittals to meet client expectations.

· Stay updated on healthcare hiring trends and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum of 1 year of US healthcare recruitment experience ideally handling travel nurses/travel allied health professionals

· Familiarity with US healthcare roles, terminology, and credentialing requirements.

· Experience using ATS and VMS systems for sourcing and reporting.

· Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
