About the role

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a contract role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our digital transformation projects, ensuring they remain on track, on budget and aligned with our strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Establishing and maintaining project management processes, tools and templates to ensure consistent and efficient project delivery
  • Providing project management support and guidance to project teams, including planning, scheduling, risk management and reporting
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and escalating risks as needed
  • Facilitating project meetings and status reviews with stakeholders
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and knowledge-sharing
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to align projects with organizational goals

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry.
  • Proficient in using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira or Asana
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically, identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Experience in agile project management is preferred
