About the Role

We are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) / Back Office Officer to support our project management team in ensuring smooth planning, execution, and monitoring of telecom-related projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, tracking, and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project documentation is updated and complete.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for internal and client review.
  • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and distribute project-related updates.
  • Facilitate communication between project managers, teams, and other departments.
  • Maintain project files, trackers, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide back-office support including data entry, reporting, and correspondence handling.
  • Manage and maintain accurate project records and databases.
  • Support in preparing presentations and reports for management updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Experience in project coordination, administration, or documentation is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project tracking tools.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
