Ideal Tech Staffing is looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist who can hustle with heart—and help us expand our reach through strategic digital engagement and direct communication.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Execute direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales strategies with the Marketing Director
  • Research and Generate Leads (Client)
  • Hit your weekly contact quota—calls, DMs, emails—with clear tracking of leads and conversions
  • Launch email marketing campaigns that move the needle and grow our list
  • Build, grow, and manage a brand affiliate program that brings in sales through trusted advocates
  • Develop content to support sales efforts: think testimonials, service highlights, and relatable wins
  • Review outreach and ad performance—bring insights, bring solutions

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Experienced in client acquisition, digital outreach, or B2C marketing
  • A confident communicator who knows how to connect and close
  • Comfortable doing cold calls, warm follow-ups, and CRM tracking
  • Bonus if you can design or edit content—but more importantly, you can sell it
  • Resourceful, resilient, and results-driven
