The Site Specialist will be responsible for achieving property sales targets for Arcoe Residences and Arcoe Estates through proactive client engagement, strong broker network development, and effective use of online marketing tools. This role combines on-site selling expertise with basic digital promotion to generate quality leads, convert prospects, and close sales. The position is ideal for driven sales professionals who can maximize both personal networks and digital channels to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Property Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Actively promote and sell properties to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Generate leads through site walk-ins, referrals, broker networks, and personal prospecting.
  • Conduct on-site property tours and model unit presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Guide clients through the reservation process, documentation, and closing of sales.

2. Broker Network Development

  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with brokers and sales agents.
  • Recruit and accredit brokers to expand the property's reach.
  • Provide project updates, sales kits, and assistance to broker partners.

3. Lead Generation & Digital Promotion

  • Utilize social media and online platforms to promote properties and generate inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to online leads, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits.
  • Collaborate with marketing for on-site events, open houses, and digital campaigns.

4. On-site Events & Presentation Readiness

  • Participate in sales events, open houses, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the sales office and model units are well-maintained and client-ready at all times.

Qualifications

  • Background in real estate sales, brokerage, or any direct selling role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
