INTERN FOR DIGITAL MARKETING (SMM-FOCUS)

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and creative OJT trainees who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the field of Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on Social Media Management. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team, assisting in planning, creating, and managing social media content and campaigns that enhance our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and monitoring official company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Support the creation of engaging content such as posts, stories, and short-form videos aligned with the brand's voice and identity

Conduct research on industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to generate creative campaign ideas

Help schedule and publish content using social media management tools

Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and escalate concerns when necessary

Assist in tracking social media performance and preparing basic analytics reports

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm digital marketing strategies that improve reach and engagement

Support other digital marketing initiatives when needed (basic SEO, email campaigns, online promotions, etc.)

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Multimedia Arts, or a related field

Passionate about digital marketing and social media trends

Basic knowledge of popular social media platforms

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Good written and verbal communication skills

Willing to learn, adaptable, and a team player

Willing to work in an unpaid internship setup

Amenable to work onsite in BGC
