Your Role:

As an
Administrative Support Specialist,
you will:

  • Client Record Creation:
    Use daily reports provided by our team to create and update client records in our system.
  • Invoice Accuracy:
    Ensure all invoice data is entered correctly and reconciled with client records. Accuracy is paramount.
  • Email Management:
    Perform follow-up tasks such as dragging and dropping emails into designated folders or systems.
  • Document Handling:
    Assist with basic document creation and formatting as needed.
  • Data Cleanup:
    Conduct general data cleanup activities to maintain system integrity and consistency.
  • Daily Reporting:
    Submit a daily activity summary outlining completed tasks and any issues encountered.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Understand that all work will be subject to quality checks and must meet predefined standards.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

  • Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles (outsourcing experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, email platforms, and basic document editing tools.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet daily deadlines.
  • Good written communication skills for reporting.

Preferred skills/expertise:

  • Fleet operations or logistics experience
  • Inbound sales channel experience
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
