Ecommerce Specialist

Are you a natural at writing compelling listings, spotting market trends, and turning clicks into sales? We're looking for an eBay Sales Specialist who knows the platform inside and out — someone who can optimize listings, manage orders, and help grow our brand's presence on one of the biggest online marketplaces in the world.
If you love e-commerce, have an eye for detail, and geek out over sales performance data (don't worry, we do too), this could be your ideal role.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
This role is all about driving sales through the eBay platform — from listing setup to customer experience, and everything in between.
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings that are accurate, attractive, and keyword-rich
- Research pricing and competition to ensure our listings stay competitive and profitable
- Handle day-to-day operations of our eBay store: order processing, returns, and customer communication
- Track performance — monitor sales trends, conversion rates, and customer feedback to improve listings
- Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure stock levels are accurate
- Stay up to date on eBay policies, trends, and selling tools
- Assist with promotional strategies, pricing changes, and marketing efforts
- Maintain excellent seller ratings by providing top-notch customer service
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You're a self-starter with a strong grasp of eBay as a selling platform and a knack for turning browsers into buyers. You thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, and you're always looking for ways to improve performance.
- At least 1 year of experience managing or supporting eBay or other marketplace accounts
- Proven success in creating and optimizing listings for sales and visibility
- Strong understanding of eBay SEO, categories, item specifics, and best practices
- Experience with order management, fulfillment, returns, and customer support
- Comfortable using eBay tools like Seller Hub and Terapeak
- Great communication skills — written, verbal, and customer-focused
- Data-driven mindset — you know your way around reports and analytics
- Bonus if you've worked with inventory systems, shipping tools, or product photography/editing
YOUR TOOLBOX
- eBay Seller Hub, Terapeak
- Excel or Google Sheets (for managing data, pricing, and performance tracking)
- Experience with shipping/fulfillment tools (ShipStation, etc.) is a plus
- Basic photo editing (Photoshop, Canva, or similar) is a bonus
- Familiarity with cross-platform selling (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is great, but not required
