Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, memos, and other business documents
- Support office operations and assist other departments as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate requisitions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Office Administration, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
