DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare billings;
- Performs secretarial works
- Typing and drafting different business correspondences and all other documents and communications;
- Make travel reservations and hotel accommodations;
- Attending to all incoming and outgoing telephone calls;
- Handles incoming and outgoing documents;
- Reminding commitments/appointments;
- Schedules tentative appointments and confirming after consultation with my superior;
- Preparing lecture materials/presentation (MS PowerPoint);
- Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time
