Brand Ambassador

Job Summary:

The Brand Ambassador will serve as the face of eTap Solutions, Inc., promoting our self-service payment kiosks to potential users. This role involves engaging with customers, providing guidance on kiosk usage, and gathering market insights to enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• Actively approach and invite first-time customers to use the eTap kiosk.
• Encourage customers to transition from traditional over-the-counter transactions to self-service options.
• Guide users on kiosk operations and highlight the benefits of self-service payment machines.
• Promotional Activities:
• Distribute flyers and promotional materials to passersby to increase brand visibility.
• Gather and report market insights and customer feedback to the marketing
• Customer Support:
• Assist customers in reporting transaction concerns through eTap's Customer Help channels.
• Avoid filing tickets on behalf of customers to prevent misrepresentation.
• Operational Duties:
• Maintain and submit weekly Acknowledgment Receipts for trial money before salary disbursement.
• Report any technical issues with the kiosk to the eTap support group promptly.
• Training and Compliance:
• Attend mandatory orientation and training sessions on customer service, privacy, and security.
• Process work permits post-orientation if required by the Store Partner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or promotional roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Salary: ₱1,000
• Payment Terms: Salary will be released after the completion of the 2-day duty period.
• Note: Strictly no cash advances; adherence to the "No Work, No Pay" policy

Additional Information:

• This is a project-based position with specific terms and conditions outlined in the employment contract.
