Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or related courses
  • At least 6 months relevant work experience

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Loan Management
  • Handles Bank loan reconciliation;
  • Handles verification of weekly due payment on short and long-term loan;
  • Handles verification of daily due payment on short term loan, whether to pay-off, renew or extend;
  • Handles application of loan for CAPEX;
  • Handles application of new availments of loan;
  • Ensures that payment reaches the bank and no penalties or charges allowed;
  • Opening and Closing of Bank Accounts
  • Prepares and submits document requirements;
  • Ensures availability of deposit pick-up agreement and second endorsement check facility to opening branches;
  • Ensures availability of credit and debit card terminal to all opening stores;
  • Ensures availability of check writing system and online banking to new subsidiary/ company;
  • US Dollar Transaction
  • Facilitates Buy and Sell of US dollar from one subsidiary to the other;
  • Facilitates payment of international dues using US dollar;
  • Reportorial, Prepares and submits monthly Dashboard with disbursing team;
  • Prepares and submits monthly bank loan schedule;
  • Prepares and submits monthly bank loans balances report;
  • Others Attends to any bank related concerns;
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
