JOB SUMMARY

The SAP FICO Analyst 1 – Cash Team
is responsible for providing application support, configuration, and maintenance for SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) processes, focusing on
Cash Management, Treasury, and Bank Accounting
. The role supports the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and implementation of system improvements to ensure smooth financial transactions and reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

·
Provide functional support in the SAP FICO module, primarily within the Cash Team (Bank Accounting, Cash Management, Treasury).

·  Perform daily monitoring, issue resolution, and maintenance of cash-related SAP transactions and interfaces.

·  Assist in system configuration and documentation for assigned FICO submodules under supervision of senior analysts.

·  Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to cash, payments, and reconciliation processes.

·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, Treasury, IT) to resolve operational issues and enhance process efficiency.

·  Conduct testing (unit and integration) for enhancements, bug fixes, and new implementations.

·  Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and process guides.

·  Participate in user training sessions and provide basic user support on SAP FICO functionalities.

·  Ensure compliance wi
th internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

·  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

·  At least 2–4 years of experience in SAP FICO functional support or a similar role.

·  Knowledge in Cash Management, Bank Accounting, Treasury, and Integration with AP/AR.

·  Experience with SAP ECC; exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage.

·  Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.

·  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·  Experience working in a shared services or global business environment is preferred.
