Job Description

Remedy is looking for a Marketing Associate who will play a key role in developing and executing engaging content and campaigns that drive awareness, growth, and loyalty across our brands. This role combines strategic communications, content creation, campaign execution, and data-driven optimization. The ideal candidate has strong copywriting skills, a creative yet analytical mindset, and is passionate about building standout brands in the beauty and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Campaign Strategy

  • Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy aligned with brand goals
  • Write compelling copy for ads, emails, blogs, guides, and social media (IG, FB, TikTok)
  • Manage a content calendar that balances storytelling, community engagement, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the Creatives Team to produce high-quality visuals and videos
  • Plan and execute campaign concepts, including influencer partnerships and content series
  • Uphold consistency in tone, visuals, and brand identity across all touchpoints

Marketing Execution & Project Management

  • Lead content production from concept to publishing (including planning, shooting, and editing)
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creatives, Clinics) to align on priorities
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives across channelsManage multiple projects with attention to detail and follow-through

Communications Strategy & Brand Messaging

  • Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice across platforms
  • Craft messaging that resonates with audiences and drives engagement
  • Support leadership in articulating key talking points and communication guidelines

Performance & Optimization

  • Conduct A/B tests for content and ads to identify what works best
  • Track and report on performance metrics (engagement, CTR, conversions)
  • Collaborate with the Media Lead to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to keep strategies relevant and effective
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or communications
  • Strong written English and storytelling skills
  • Proven experience planning and executing content across social media
  • Basic understanding of media performance metrics (ROI, CTR, CAC)
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms
  • Can plan, shoot, and edit content independently
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Comfortable working across teams and wearing multiple hats
  • Experience or interest in skin health, beauty, or wellness is a plus
