Role Description

The Marketing Associate shall be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with creating and execution of marketing plans, conducting market research, managing projects, developing and implementing sales strategies, and working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Social media marketing
  • Influencer coordination and management
  • Management of online stores (Tiktok shop, Lazada, Shoppee)
  • Sales and promo analysis
  • Promo creation
  • Competitor bench marking
  • Over-all marketing analysis

Qualifications

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data

· Sales and marketing skills, with a solid understanding of customer segments and product positioning

· Project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines

· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and resourcefulness

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tool such as Google Analytics

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

· Experience in beauty or retail industry is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
