As a Marketing Associate, you'll be responsible of the following:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing and PR campaigns.

  • Prepare content briefs, draft captions, and support copy development for newsletters, social media, websites, print materials, and press releases.

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing and PR communications across multiple channels.

  • Support photo and video shoots, including coordination and on-site assistance.

  • Help maintain project timelines and deadlines across campaigns and initiatives.

  • Track basic engagement metrics and ensure timely follow-ups on pending deliverables.

  • Assist with maintaining departmental reports, documentation, and databases.

  • Organize and maintain marketing assets, including visual content, brand files, and creative resources.

  • Ensure proper documentation and file management within internal systems.

  • Support the organization of internal marketing meetings: send notifications, prepare and distribute agendas, and take meeting minutes.

  • Attend and assist with events, including after-hours and weekend commitments as agreed upon with management.

  • Answer marketing-related phone calls and accurately distribute messages.

  • Coordinate internal communications within the marketing team and with external partners, as needed.

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and monitoring content for social media platforms.

  • Monitor trends, engagement, and performance across digital channels to support ongoing optimization.
