JOB SUMMARY

As a Marketing Associate, you will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives that grow Dominion Cellar's brand presence and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Manage Dominion Cellar's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Support the design and production of promotional materials (flyers, menus, newsletters, ads).
  • Coordinate with suppliers, media partners, and influencers for marketing collaborations.
  • Assist in planning and execution of in-store promotions, wine events, and client engagement activities.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with good project management skills.
  • Basic graphic design and photo/video editing skills (Canva/Adobe tools) is a plus.
  • Passion for food, wine, and lifestyle branding is an advantage.
