Marketing Associate Role

As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in executing multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and web. You will also build and schedule email campaigns using tools like HubSpot, support lead generation efforts, and contribute to pipeline growth in alignment with sales.

  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance, contribute insights, and propose improvements to enhance ROI.
  • Gather and organize marketing data to analyze performance and guide strategy.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Update website content using CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.

The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing coordination, proficiency with email marketing tools, familiarity with CMS platforms or basic HTML, and working knowledge of SEO tools. They should also have experience managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and be comfortable using Zoom for webinars or virtual events.
