Public Relations Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish good communication channels with ICT, digital, and energy related government agencies, regulatory and legislative bodies, create a neutral policy environment to support the development of business.
  • Establish good communication channels with agencies related to immigration, tax, custom to support company's daily operation, and mitigate crisis.
  • Monitor, create insights, provide analysis of new policies and legislations that would affect company business.
  • Explore opportunity to cooperate with conglomerates.
  • Work with cross departmental teams to align global, regional, and local interests.

Preferred Requirements

Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in political science, law and/or engineering, telecommunications, media-preferred
  • 3+ years of work experience in governmental bodies, or public affairs agencies in relation to energy sector
  • Has the capability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional knowledge requirements

  • Have a knowledge regarding political and regulatory processes
  • Ability to manage projects efficiently and independently
  • Soft skills: flexibility, openness, and initiative to take on challenges; capability to work under pressure
