Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a membership-based organization.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and networking ability.
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English language.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with membership software and database management.
  • Creativity and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be assisting in creating new and relevant event ideas for the members.
  • Will be directly coordinating with Membership Manager, Membership Officers and other Department Managers.
  • Assists Membership Officers in following up graphic artists, printers, and other suppliers for collaterals.
  • Ensures attendance to Club initiated events through calls and text messages.
  • Participates in all membership activities as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Endorses concerns of the member to the appropriate person or department and ensures that these are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Does the required documentation for requisitions, purchases, and receipts of items.
  • May occasionally be required to do purchases of items to be used in activities.
  • Keeps track of patronage of various programs launched by Membership.
  • Follows up with Finance payments due to marketing suppliers.
  • Attends all meetings and training sessions required for the position.
  • Attends and assists in all Club activities as assigned.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Performs all the Customer Service strategies implemented by the Club.
