We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Support Technical Account to join our growing team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support and account management to our valued customers.
What you'll be doing
- Serving as the primary technical contact and account manager for assigned customer accounts
- Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions to ensure consistent and high-quality support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems and implement solutions
- Identifying and communicating customer needs, trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Providing training and guidance to customers on the effective use of our products and services
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our service offerings and continuously expanding your technical expertise
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the information technology industry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proactive and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in information technology or a related field are preferred
