DUTIES:

  • Daily deposit of checks thru check scanner, cash and regular deposit of check (rejected by scanner and on us).
  • Check preparation.
  • Process petty cash.
  • Process Government Premiums.
  • Process utilities.
  • Monitoring Foreign Currency Purchases documents.
  • Monitoring no originals.
  • Sent out all approved payment request form/document to authorized approver for all online transactions.
  • Pick up and drop off documents to/from Head Office (Makati) and Bank.
  • Pick up and drop off documents to/from Bank.
  • Updating Passbook.
  • Others, as the department head direct from time to time.

QUALIFICATION/S:

  • BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information/documents.
  • Strong analytical skills and keen to details.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Treasury staff or similar role.
  • Knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office - Excel, word processing, outlook, etc.)
  • Know how to drive a single motorcycle.
  • With drivers' license.
