Duties

  • Encoding of Invoices
  • Preparation of Account Receivables reports.
  • Application of payments.
  • Preparation of documents to be given to financing establishments
  • Checking if invoices are fully paid.
  • Issuance of collection and official receipts for payments.
  • Keeping and monitoring of OR/CR'S to be released after full payment.
  • Can speak with bank officers for financing transactions.
  • Scheduling of collecting payments from customers.
  • Preparation for Statement of Accounts.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years' experience.
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or business-related courses.
  • Can work under pressure and stress.
  • Fresh graduates w/ related OJT experience are welcome
  • Willing to be assigned in Hino - Bacoor Satellite
  • Willing to start immediately
