We're seeking an experienced Outreach Specialist to conduct high-volume B2B outbound calls to family-serving organizations. You will invite businesses to upcoming conferences, gather accurate contact details, present sponsorship opportunities, and schedule calls with company leadership. The role requires navigating gatekeepers, maintaining detailed outreach records, and working from provided contact lists with occasional lead research.

Responsibilities:

  • Make initial outbound calls to businesses that serve families (churches, therapists, medical practices, family-focused organizations)
  • Navigate past gatekeepers to reach decision-makers
  • Invite businesses to attend the conference and collect contact information for follow-up email campaigns
  • Present sponsorship opportunities to businesses who cannot attend but may want to sponsor
  • Schedule sponsorship calls with company leadership for interested prospects
  • Work from provided contact lists and potentially research additional leads
  • Maintain call records and track outreach progress

Requirements:

  • At least two years of recent experience in B2B outreach and cold calling
  • Strong communication skills and ability to get past gatekeepers
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Experience with soft phone systems and call tracking software
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Available Monday-Thursday, 9am-2pm Central time zone
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Scope:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Initial focus on March 2026 Houston conference outreach
  • Ongoing role supporting 3+ conferences per year
  • Two-track approach: conference attendance invitations and sponsorship outreach
  • Work with provided contact lists plus potential lead research
