Job Highlights
Hourly Rate: Php
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor
Side Note:
Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential small to medium-sized companies across targeted Ontario markets
- Execute strategic cold calling campaigns to connect with business owners, HR managers, and key decision-makers
- Navigate past gatekeepers using proven outreach techniques to reach the right contacts
- Conduct engaging initial conversations to generate interest and schedule qualified appointments
- Perform brief company research (2–3 minutes per prospect) to personalize outreach
- Maintain accurate activity and prospect records using Google Sheets and other CRM tools
- Achieve consistent call volume targets (10–20 calls per hour) while maintaining quality interactions
- Focus on appointment setting and lead qualification, not closing sales
- Collaborate closely with the financial advisor to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion results
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales roles with B2B success
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport over the phone
- Strong research skills and experience identifying decision-makers in SMBs
- Demonstrated success in reaching key contacts and bypassing gatekeepers
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and organized in a remote work environment
- Experience using CRM systems and tracking tools (Google Sheets preferred)
- Understanding of small business dynamics and prospect qualification
- Comfortable working flexible hours aligned with Eastern Time calling windows
- Goal-oriented mindset with interest in performance-based incentives
- Professional, confident phone demeanor suitable for the financial services industry
