Job Description

As an SEO Outreach & Backlink Specialist, you will drive domain authority and organic growth by executing creative outreach campaigns, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring a strong, high-quality backlink profile to support long-term SEO success.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday

Work setup: Permanent WFH

Salary: PHP 50, PHP 75,000.00

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum of 2+ years' proven experience in SEO Outreach and link-building, with measurable success improving domain authority and organic performance
• Deep understanding of link-building strategies, link quality assessment, and backlink profile analysis
• Hands-on experience using SEO and backlink tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, and Google Search Console
• Proven ability to develop, execute, and scale outreach and partnership campaigns that drive high-quality backlinks
• Strong grasp of E-E-A-T principles and their application in modern SEO outreach strategies
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with content, marketing, PR, and SEO teams to align outreach goals
• Skilled in SEO performance tracking and analytics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Data Studio
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, suitable for international outreach
• Proactive, resourceful, and creative in identifying and securing new link-building opportunities
• Willing to work night shift hours

Your Daily Tasks

• Develop and execute Outreach SEO and backlink acquisition strategies to strengthen domain authority and improve organic rankings
• Identify, qualify, and build relationships with potential link partners (websites, influencers, media, blogs)
• Manage and scale outreach campaigns (manual outreach, guest posting, content partnerships, PR campaigns)
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify new opportunities and gaps
• Analyze and monitor existing backlink profile to ensure link quality and relevance
• Develop strategies to recover, disavow, or replace toxic or low-quality links
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align link-building efforts with broader content marketing and brand objectives
• Partner with digital PR teams to support content promotion and brand visibility campaigns
• Stay on top of Google algorithm updates impacting off-site SEO and link-building best practices
• Monitor and report on the impact of backlink activities on SEO performance (rankings, traffic, conversions)
• Present reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of SEO off-site trends, tools, and emerging technologies
