Job Description
As a Sales & Business Development Specialist, you'll generate high-quality leads, drive conversions, and strengthen client relationships through proactive outreach. You'll build a strong sales pipeline, qualify decision-makers, and help expand a labour hire agency through targeted research and cold calling.
Job Overview
Employment type: Project-based
Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off (9 AM -1 PM Sydney Time; 4 hours per shift)

The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in sales or B2B client acquisition
- Proven ability to win and develop business, especially through cold calling
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead generation software
Your Daily Tasks
- Cold Calling Confidence: Must be comfortable and highly effective with cold calling, with the resilience to overcome initial resistance
- Research and identify potential clients across the construction industry
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other methods
- Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers, budgets, and business needs
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline progress
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
