Customer Service Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Receives orders from customers, properly indicating pertinent information required for the delivery and processing the orders according to the standard procedures.
- No received complaints from customers related to handling and processing of orders, late delivery concerns, missed orders, email communication and other related concerns.
- Process accreditation requirements from customers
- Coordinates with the concerned department in assisting customer request.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Engineer or a similar field
- Computer literate, proficient in oral and written communication.
- Hardworking, analytical, creative, punctual, initiative, customer and result oriented and can work long hours.
Work Set up: Onsite, Head Office Ortigas, Pasig City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Flexible Time
