Accounting Officer - AU Client (Onsite - Ortigas Center, Pasig)

  • Fixed Day Shift
  • Fixed Weekends Off
  • Australian Company

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payable:

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Verifying expenses
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier invoices to supplier statements
  • Assisting with supplier payment runs

2. Accounts Receivable:

  • Setting up client orders
  • Invoicing clients
  • Chasing debtor payments

3. Ad hoc requests as required

4. Future Responsibilities (if applicable):

  • Labour hire including the accurate recording and submission of labour hire timesheets
  • Assisting with monthly reports in line with business requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
  • Knowledgeable in MYOB, but not required
  • Experienced using Strumis & Flowcentric is a plus but not required
  • Preferably with previous experience supporting for an AU or foreign client
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
