KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Data entry of legal contract details into systems including - Salesforce, LEAP, PEXA and QRO Online


• Preparing templated documents


• Sending templated emails, enclosing documents and requesting clients complete survey


• Ordering searches through system – Infotrack


• Processing finalisation task


• Work within a team to ensure great client outcomes


• Full training provided on everything you need to know about buying and selling property within Queensland, Australia to support the clients and team


• Checking returned client forms and escalating concerns for actioning


• Email management
