About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Billing Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer support while accurately managing order processing and billing through QuickBooks. If you have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and customer service experience—particularly in medical supply or healthcare—we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Provide professional and friendly support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and account-related questions.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer needs efficiently.
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Billing & Order Processing (QuickBooks-Focused)

  • Accurately process customer orders, invoices, and payments using QuickBooks.
  • Maintain precise billing records and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies proactively.
  • Assist with account reconciliation, audits, and basic financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (medical supply or healthcare experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (experience with other accounting software is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000 per month
