About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Billing Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will provide top-notch customer support while handling order processing and billing with precision using QuickBooks. If you have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience in customer service—especially in medical supply or healthcare—we want to hear from you

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

  • Provide professional and friendly support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and account-related questions.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to address customer needs.
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.

Billing & Order Processing (QuickBooks-Focused)

  • Process customer orders, invoices, and payments accurately using QuickBooks.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Proactively identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Assist with account reconciliation, audits, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (medical supply or healthcare preferred).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (experience with other accounting software is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000 per month
