What You'll Do

  • Accurately enter all charges into Practice Suite to ensure time billing.
  • Verify services to be billed using appointment letters, confirmations, and diagnostic orders/test results for ancillary billing.
  • Select appropriate billing codes and modifiers manually from the master fee schedule.
  • Manage a high volume of claims
  • Submit claims using HCFA forms to vendors

Key Criteria

  • Proven experience in medical billing and claims management, with strong knowledge of billing codes, modifiers, and submission processes (CPT codes a plus).
  • Proficient in Excel and/or billing software such as Practice Suite.
  • Able to manage high-volume billing with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented in all billing and data-entry tasks.

Work setup:
Manila (BGC, Taguig):
Daily on-site work (Monday-Friday), followingUS Central time (4pm - 1am, PHT) During training period, working hours will be 9pm - 6am PHT.
