Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy assisting customers, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a dynamic BPO environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance with customer concerns.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and quality service in every interaction.
  • Document call details and ensure accurate data entry.

Qualifications:

  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience; or College Graduate (no BPO experience required)
  • Must have an active Viber account
  • Must reside within proximity to Araneta City, Cubao or nearby cities:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
