Business Development Associate

Position Overview:
The Business Development Associate supports the company's growth efforts by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies. This role works closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to help meet company revenue and expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities within a territory
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with prospects to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase offerings
- Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to meet or exceed individual and sales teams targets
- Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities
- Providing feedback to the sales management team to continually improve sales processes and strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software to manage the sale cycle
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and quickly pivot sales strategies
- Results-driven mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
