Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure equipment, machinery, and facilities operate efficiently and safely. This role involves scheduling preventive maintenance, managing work orders, and coordinating with the maintenance team and other departments.

General Skills :
- Preferably with 2–4 years of experience in maintenance coordination or supervision in manufacturing, production, or facility management.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and technical systems.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software or work order systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a maintenance team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor the performance and condition of equipment and machinery.
- Assign maintenance tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement of maintenance materials.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and support technical problem-solving.
- Evaluate maintenance processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
- Support the implementation of maintenance-related projects and upgrades.
