Construction Project Manager (Makati City)

Makati City | Full-time | Onsite (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

Radix HR is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. You'll be responsible for coordinating teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, plan, and manage construction projects from start to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Resolve project issues, risks, and delays proactively.
  • Prepare progress reports and present updates to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect preferred (but not required).
